We keep this simple: we collect as little as we can, use it only to help you, and never sell it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email, and whatever you tell us about your project.
- Basic technical data. Like most sites, our host keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.
- Optional analytics. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, it loads only after you accept cookies, and it measures aggregate usage — not who you are.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project.
- To keep the site secure, fast, and working.
- To understand, in aggregate, what's useful so we can improve.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't run advertising trackers. We only share information with the service providers we need to operate — for example, our email and hosting providers — and only so they can do that job for us.

We use minimal cookies and local storage. You control them — see our Cookie Policy for the details and to change your choice anytime.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and project records for as long as needed to work with you and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then we remove them. Server logs are kept only briefly.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Just email info@kurlybrains.com and we'll take care of it.
Security
We use sensible measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and trusted providers. No method is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with care.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, the latest version will always be here with its effective date.
